Breaking The Rules

Many people have different definitions of breaking the rules, some would say doing something that we aren't supposed to, as written. For example,

Now, in other's mindset, breaking rules would be rebellious, unwise and so called 'bad', but it isn't always a bad thing if breaking some rules would bring you further up than the others. There wouldn't be handphones, televisions, or even contact lenses if people don't break the rules. Life continues without any improvement, and life will be uninteresting.

In other to succeed, one must have a different way of thinking, deeper imaginations and obviously, 'breaking the rules.' In one of my lessons, my class was asked to throw an egg from a story high to the ground without cracking the egg. We are only allowed to use masking tapes, threads, straws and a cup.

About half of my class didn't get their eggs cracked, maybe because we didn't throw it high enough and some used newspaper to wrap it around the egg, which we weren't allowed to. I, personally made something like a parachute using a plastic bag, with the egg hung by a thread in a cup, surrounded with straws. It didn't work quite well because it was not high enough for the 'parachute' to open.
It is thinking creatively, thinking out of the box and thinking what the norms won't think of which allows us to succeed in life.
